Customer Relation Cell Our customer relation cell is keeping close contact and also providing necessary Information like up-gradation in the product, due date for periodical maintenance, inquiry about the performance of the vehicle etc
Besides the installation of modern equipment at service center, Agni has also emphasized on up gradation of skills of their technical personnel during the year 2004-05 six personnel had attended a specialized training program organized by M&M. There are altogether 30 mechanics along with 3 service engineers in our full-fledged workshop. Most of the mechanics as well as our service engineers are factory trained. Mobile Service VehicleAgni has a Mobile Vehicle service facility for prompt and quick service, which earns greater customers satisfaction in our product.
Spare Parts We have provided our customer with genuine spare parts at prevailing market rates and also maintain adequate Spare Parts Inventory. We also assured to arrange through airfreight for urgently required spare parts within a shortest period.
